A Business Communication Model is not a ''Buzz Net Model''!

What make the uniqueness of your offer? Is it your products? Com'on! There're plenty of competitors! Is it your services? Perhaps, but if they're exceptional, customers will suspect you to be expensive! Is it your people? Certainly… but your clients doesn't buy your people, they buy your products and services!
What make your offer unique is all of that! And your Business Model is a concentration of all of that!
So would you argue:
— "Buy my stuff because my Business Model is great" ?
Oooops! Nobody would care because your Business Model concern only you, your people, your partners…
First Step: Start your Business Communication Model
You may:
- Evangelize on the quality of your products and services, how they are elaborated with care…
- Show how the people of your Back Office are applying the best practices in a friendly environment with… minimum carbon print!
- Demonstrate that your channel of partners is among the best…
- Get customers testify their satisfaction…
Isn't a way to communicate on your Business Model.
But it must not be only a Buzz Net Model!
Second Step: Get your people involved in Communication
Even if you are over-enthusiastic, you should not remained alone with your Marketing and Communication Team. Communication concerns everybody because:
- The best to communicate on your technologies are your engineers!
- The best to communicate on practices are your employees!
- The best to communicate on partnership are your partners!
The Business Communication Model must concern everybody in your teams.
Third Step: Communicate to investors
Communication to investors must be managed separately. However a good Business Communication Model includes the part dedicated to investors.
If your communication to leads and customers fails... investors
Sharing all what you consider as best will help convincing your leads especially: Your corporate compliance with regulations, norms and standards, your company's code of ethics. The Business Communication Model must serve you to share your way of life with people... if they want to share your way of life, they will buy your products and services.
