The world has definitely entered in the era of "Semantic Web", which is generally considered only under its technological facets! We think that independently from all necessary techniques and users' experience that any commucation media requires, the knowledge of underlying issues is an absolute priority.These issues fundamentally cover the interactions between humans and semas, i.e. the processes that drive pieces of information from their emitters who collect, edit and broadcast the messages to the receivers who understand or try to understand them.
Although linked with the progressive implementation of semantic features in electronic exchanges, this domain remains mainly conceptual. However there is no doubt that some results of our studies will be directly applicable to IT domains and especially to Electronic Document Intelligence in Cloud Computing Environment, a part of our EDEN Project Initiative (Electronic Document Elaboration and Norms).
