My Travelog
During a long family journey to Sydney, NSW my wife Lynette urged me to write a travelog before the magical spell of Australasia would slowly start to fade away from our memories. That's what I did, once back home: I wrote a long article to be published in a Paris journal…
I've spent a part of my life travelling around the planet and my drawers are overfull with old pictures that I've just begun to scan. But how will I organize my travelog? Many ways would have been equally nice:
- By country,
- By chronological order,
- By theme, etc…
As my portal already contains photos thematically arranged in the top tab "Life", the best way is to sort per country, which is also fitting with chronology as the left tabs of this page are tracing my travels in the last thirty years.
But travelling is not only flying away from home: It also means travelling in one's own heart, mind and dreams. It's why a part of my travels are in my manuscripts which will be Web published in 2010 and beyond.
